Public places continue to be dirty

Though a huge amount of tax payer money has been spent on the swach bharat campaign there has been no change in the mindset of people which is essential for cleaning up the city. People continue to dump their unwanted waste products in public places creating problems for pedestrians and dirtying the city.
As indian intelligence agencies continue to indulge in impersonation frauds wasting tax payer money, the real casualty remains efficiency, infrastructure of the city. Unlike large metro cities, where rag pickers will collect anything of value which is dumped in public places for recycling, in small towns the otherwise valuable junk like whisky, rum bottles remain outside for months at a time.
The muncipal workers will be collecting the waste they have been specifically told to, and do not go out of their way to remove junk that has dumped in other places like footpaths, drains
