Every lesion removed here goes for histology, and every lesion is assessed by a doctor before it is removed. That is not an upsell — destroying something that should have been examined is the one mistake in this area that genuinely matters.
Who does what, and why that is on this page
Different treatments here are delivered by different people, and you should know which before you book.
Doctor-performed: all lesion removal, mole and cyst surgery, scar treatment, injectable treatments and any prescribing. Delivered by our trained aesthetic therapists in a medical clinic: microneedling, HydraFacial and most peels — with doctors on site and any medical decision escalated to one.
We are saying this plainly because plenty of clinics are vague about it, and because the honest version is better for you: a skilled therapist doing microneedling all week is better at it than a doctor doing it occasionally, and a mole should be removed by someone who can recognise what it is.
Where to start. If you have a lesion, a mole or anything that has changed, book a skin doctor consultation at £100 rather than a treatment. If your concern is texture, pigment or dullness, a consultation will map a course rather than sell you a single session — skin responds to programmes, not one-offs.
